Dr. Britney Welchel is AMAZING! Throughout my braces journey, she listened to all of my concerns and truly cared about helping me achieve the perfect smile. I never felt like just another patient. I always felt heard, and I knew that what I wanted was being taken into consideration throughout my treatment. When I first met Dr. Britney, she took the time to explain the pros and cons of both braces and Invisalign and never made me feel rushed to make a decision. You can tell she is truly passionate about what she does and takes so much pride in her work. At my consultation, my bottom teeth were extremely crowded, and Dr. Britney initially thought we might have to extract a tooth to get everything aligned. Luckily, with her skills and expertise, we were able to avoid an extraction! Now, both my top and bottom teeth are perfectly aligned, and I couldn't be happier with my smile. Andrea was also so supportive and helpful throughout my journey. She was always pleasant to be around and had such positive energy during my appointments. Overall, I feel truly blessed that I chose Dr. Britney as my orthodontist. I had such an amazing experience with my braces, and I am beyond happy with my

My daughter needs braces so her dentist recommended Lume Orthodontics and I have zero regrets. The staff is super nice, we had to wait a little longer than usual and they apologized for that which was nice. They took xrays and photos and 3D images of my daughter's teeth, made sure to explain everything they were doing, the were great that explaining what was next to come as far as the process goes. Overall 10 out of 10 I do recommend.

Lume orthodontics has been great. I recently relocated from Florida and I needed an orthodontist! As soon as I walked in all of my concerns were addressed from the front desk staff to everyone at the back especially Andrea. She was very helpful and extremely informative making sure that I knew what to expect after my braces got removed!

Dr. Brittany was fantastic! We were visiting Charlotte from Atlanta when our daughter’s braces bracket came loose and needed to be removed. Even though we had never been patients here before, Dr. Brittany fit us in and took great care of her. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience quick and stress-free. We are incredibly grateful for her kindness and willingness to help on short notice. Highly recommend!

We are so thankful for the referral we received from Kamilia Reid. I was very nervous about my child visiting the dentist again due to her having Autism, but Kamilia assured us that this Dental office not only does great dental work but they are extremely patient with children. We previously visited 2 other pediatric dentist offices, where the vibe was not so great and my child did not cooperate whatsoever and they both resulted in no legible x-rays and incomplete cleaning which has cause a delay in getting her cavities taken care of! I can’t thank her enough for the referral, we had a terrific visit from the moment we walked in the door. Everyone we encountered was extremely courteous and we were called to the back in less than 10 minutes upon arriving. They answered every question and was very attentive with my child. They were able to get great X-rays and scheduled her to get her cavities taken care of right away. They are awesome at what they do, a perfect example of what a child’s experience should be at a Pediatric Dentist. Our experience could not have been better. She is going to love visiting this office in the future! I was so pleased with everything I will now be refer
